PMami’s House of Simple Pleasures
A sabbatical for the soul, with lots of eating.
You’ll join me, your Mediterranean holiday taker and professional beach hunter, alongside a small group of people for a good time of beaches, food, art and relaxing.
For one week, you get to put your life down and hand it over to us. Everything is included so you don’t have to think, plan or decide anything. We’ll go straight to the places I’ve loved: my favourite beaches, restaurants, villages, markets and local spots, with the foundation of each day being food, swimming, exploring and proper rest.
Think early swims, breakfast by the pool, long lunches, slow afternoons, a PMami book library, seaside dinners, cooking and eating together, roadside bakery stops, stone fruit and everything delicious on offer.
Its a considered, curated experience that balances space and time to yourself with low-maintenance, fun group activities. You’ll be able to enjoy the villa, the surroundings and your time away properly.
SOLD OUT
In 2025, I spent nearly six weeks exploring Crete and was completely blown away by the people, beaches, food and pace of life. It quickly became one of my favourite places in Greece, and somewhere to be experienced both slowly and simply.
We’ll be staying in a private Cretan stone villa in the north of the island, in a location that gives us access to some of my favourite beaches, tavernas, villages, vineyards and local spots, while still having a calm, private base to return to.
The week is designed to move gently, with each day centred around different beaches, meals and places, and a natural rhythm of shared time and space to yourself.
After several trips to Samos, I’ve fallen in love with its incredibly slow pace, wild landscapes, quiet beaches and deeply relaxing way of life. Sitting close to the coast of Turkey, the island has a rich, layered feeling to it, with generous food, sleepy villages and very beautiful water.
Our Samos retreat will be based at an oceanfront villa on the eastern side of the island. The pace will be slow, sunny and sea-led, with days built around swimming, eating, exploring and settling into the island properly.
We’ll use the villa as our beautiful base and explore different parts of Samos across the week, from beaches and tavernas to local food, creative activities and long, easy group meals.
All rooms are the same size and style.
